No, Dark Shadows is not a sequel to whatever other Depp/Burton/Carter film you were just thinking of, but it does look like a lot of fun.

Eva Green is sex on a stick. This is the first I have seen her in a comedic type role, and it is just delicious.

What I love is how much this feels like an unintentional Beetlejuice sequel. It could take place in the same silly world of that movie. I could see Michael Keaton making a cameo appearance and fitting right in.
